The rental window for a half day wedding is from 10am to 4pm. The first 90 minutes was the set up phase before the ceremony. of the homemade taco bar, music for the ceremony, photography preparations (haven’t received those photos yet), and odds n ends to be set for the reception to immediately follow. The ceremony began at 1145am, with the reception beginning about 1230, after photos. wind down was at 3 with most guests gone by 3:30pm. The final 30 minutes allowed for pack up of any items that were brought in. They hired their own DJ for the event.
