This event is what got our venue started. It was not planned, and we had virtually 24 hours to prep for 100 guests! There wasn’t a courtyard. The floors were shot. There wasn’t even LIGHTS! This was a newly emptied space that held a Machine shop!
With some creative lighting, a shop vac and dawn dish soap for the floors, and all the items provided from the bride of what was supposed to be a backyard wedding brought in, and an army of family with teen-aged kids, we made their big day happen. It wasn’t perfect, but it sure was a memorable moment.
